Fear not, this is not Al Qaeda latest terror tactic. Proof that with enough time anything is possible, experimenters have “installed” a webserver into the chest cavity of a dead frog. When the computer is running, users may interact with the specimen by controlling tiny motors inside it’s limbs. I think we’d all agree, this beats Linux on your toaster.
Experiments in Galvanism is both a reference to the origins of electricity, one of the earliest new media, and, through Galvani’s discovery that bioelectric forces exist within living tissue, a nod to what many theorists and practitioners consider to be the new new media: bio(tech) art.
