Dropbox has been in the news lately with a bit of a privacy concern or scare which has since been rectified – at least to most users level of satisfaction. Nothing is perfect, especially when it comes to technology, and Dropbox is no different unfortunately. Nevertheless, it remains an amazing utility for always having access to your files from multiple locations – in sync and current.

If you are a heavy Dropbox user you might be interested in adding the option to access the server from Explorer’s right-click context menu, Send To. When you see all the other types of junk that collects in Send To from other applications it’s a bit surprising that Dropbox does not follow suit. Then again, simplicity is probably ideal.

In this case, adding a new Send To handler is as easy as dragging and dropping with the right-mouse button the Dropbox shortcut that is likely created on your Desktop or Favorites folder after installation.

Releasing the right-click you are present with an option of moving, copying, or creating a shortcut in the Send To – choose shortcut.

The change takes effect immediately; see for yourself by right-clicking on a file and accessing the Send To menu. Pretty handy!
